I love the Palm tree - the landlord is lovely - it's particularly nice during the day on a weekend when it's nice and quiet and swing jazz is playing quietly in the background. I shall visit tomorrow!

@ James Guppy: Are you the landlord in the Palm Tree? Have you read any reviews of the Palm Tree? Nearly every review moans about that landlord - how he refuses to give people tap water, how you're not allowed to use a mobile phone inside, not allowed to show the bottoms of your feet, how he doesn't give correct change.... and you say he's lovely. Hmmm. I'm over the moon The Palm Tree did not come first.

(The older landlord - the one I described above's father I think, is lovely though but he only helps from time to time)
