Looking for a cringey buzzword to get irrationally angry about? Look no further than the Crowndel.
The latest roundel-meddling wheeze from TfL commemorates the coronation of Charles III. Around 30 "Crowndels" can be found across the network (see list below), including tube stations, three Overground stops and four Elizabeth line stations.
That's not all. Five central London buses will be decorated in a royal wrap, which includes the words God Save The King. Look out for them on routes 390, 160, 11, 87, 148 and 111. A few of the bus stops along Oxford Street will also be decorated with crowns.
20 Santander Cycles including two e-bikes will also feature special commemorative wraps. You can also get one free 30-minute cycle ride by downloading the Santander Cycles app and using the code “Coronation23”.
A special commemorative poster will also appear across the network, and is available to buy from London Transport Museum shop. Oh, and a travel advice leaflet bearing the coronation logo could also be yours.
See our coronation guide for more details about the big day, including travel advice.
