Heathrow Again Voted World's Worst Airport

Heathrow has again been dealt a drubbing by frequent fliers, who have ranked it the world's worst airport for the second year running. A survey of travellers who take more than 17 flights per year saw Heathrow finish bottom of the pile, though a crumb of good news came via American travellers, who were happy to consider the beam in their own eye and voted JFK, Chicago O'Hare and LAX the worst. Perhaps the opening of Terminal 5, the imminent closure of Terminal 2 and the promise of Terminal East can help shift Heathrow off the bottom next year.
