The only music star to be his only Cockney rhyming slang, James Blunt is playing Hammersmith Apollo on Monday night and also Tuesday night, though unsurprisingly tickets are all gone for now. Monday night sees mad Australians Architecture in Helsinki come to the capital to play Koko after a stop off at Bestival this weekend. Tickets are £12.50 each and still available for box office collection. The ICA is one of those venues where you tend to get an eclectic crowd, and Irish singer-songwriter David Kitt attracted an equally diverse range of fans to the ICA on Friday. Not a name usually synonymous with rock 'n' roll (unless you count the fact that the baby rusks of music celebrity offspring are probably bought in the food hall) Harrods opened its 'Born To Rock' guitar exhibition yesterday, which "celebrates the electric guitar - and showcases the impact it’s had on music, culture, fashion and design". It sounds like quite an event, with the exhibition including "the world’s first electric guitar - the ‘Frying Pan’"......
