As you may well have found out on your morning commute, Liverpool Street Station is closed today following a fall of scaffolding from a new East London Line bridge onto tracks last night. It was originally reported that the bridge itself has collapsed. Thankfully, this was not so. Network Rail is hoping to have the line open again by 14.00 today but we say don't hold your breath.
