STREET FOOD: Tuck into street food dishes for a fiver at the Inkerbator Weekend. Run by KERB, it brings together 25 new traders to show off their skills, cooking up their usual menus as well as the special £5 dishes. South Bank, free entry, just turn up, 18-22 April
PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBITION: Stunning shots go on display at the 2019 Sony World Photography Awards Exhibition today. More than 800 images covering landscapes, portraiture, wildlife and street photography and architectural shots are all on display. KELMSCOTT HOUSE: This new exhibition at the former home of William Morris looks at the history of the house, including some of Morris's famous designs that he created while living there. Poet Alfred Lord Tennyson, writer Lewis Carroll and art critic John Ruskin were all regular visitors. ANIMAL ATTACKS: Fear of animals was much more common in the Middle Ages, not least because of the dangers of infection and worse from a small bite. In tonight's talk, Dr. Kathleen Walker-Meikle focuses specifically on dog bites and the strange symptoms that medieval writers believed they caused. COOKBOOK DESIGN: You may think it's all about the recipes, but a lot of thought goes into the design of cookbooks, in order to encourage us to eat with our eyes. A panel of experts, including Nigel Slater's photographer Jonathan Lovekin, discuss how cookbook design has changed the way we eat in the last 30 years. BBC SINGERS: As part of the Holy Week celebrations, the BBC Singers perform a programme of choral music. Conductor James MacMillan presents some of his own pieces alongside movements from the Carlo Gesualdo's Responsories for Maundy Thursday.
