Santosh Shah, executive chef at Swiss Cottage Indian restaurant Saffron Circle, is offering a weekly Storecupboard Supplies Facebook Live, to help followers make the most of the ingredients they have in stock.
The first takes place this Friday (27 March) at 4pm on the Saffron Circle Facebook page. If you're after some culinary inspo, comment the ingredients you've got to work with on either Santosh Shah's Instagram page, or the Saffron Circle Instagram account ahead of the streaming, and the chef may well make a meal out of it.
The recipe will be posted on Facebook and Instagram before the live session too, so that anyone who has the ingredients to hand can cook along.
