Lost In London: Autumn Issue Out Now

Subtitled 'Living Simply in the City', Lost in London is a quarterly periodical exploring the more rural aspects of London life. In the words of editors Lucy Scott and Tina Smith, it uncovers 'a world of peace, wildlife and nature within the nooks and crannies of the city’s hustle and bustle'. A new issue of the magazine just arrived at the Londonist hearth and we have no hesitation in commending it to your attention.

The latest issue, wrapped in a cover of autumnal silhouettes, is as bewitching as ever, with attractive illustrations and sharp photography setting a new benchmark for production in a grassroots magazine. Articles include a trip to London's first modern vineyard, bandstand busking, seasonal recipes, and encouraging wildlife on London's rooftops (including a separate piece on the return of peregrine falcons to the city). You'll also find (full disclosure and blatant plug) a guide to secret gardens by Londonist editor M@.

Lost in London's autumn issue is available now for a tenner. It can be found at these stockists, or bought direct through the website. They're also on Facebook and Twitter.
