A major brawl broke out in Trafalgar Square yesterday afternoon, resulting in three multiple stabbings and 19 arrests. The trouble lasted for over an hour and is thought (by the Daily Mail, at least...no source given) to have involved two rival gangs of Kosovan youths. Yesterday was the third anniversary of Kosovan independence from Serbia.
The three stab victims are all in their late teens. One is in a stable condition while the other two are in 'serious but stable' conditions.
