Glasgow was last night named as the UK's top tourist city destination in a survey by one of the world's most exclusive travel magazines, toppling last year's winner, our very own London town. The title is awarded by readers of Traveller, the US holiday guide for the rich and famous produced by Conde Nast. In second came Edinburgh while London fell to third. Two London hotels, one old and one brand new, have made it in to the new Conde Nast "hot list" of international locations.
