Yule Love It

Our friends at the South East London Folklore Society (SELFS) will be hailing and celebrating Yule tonight with a good old fashioned game of pin the tail on the Yule Cat.

There will also be beer, chips, storytelling, songs and games. If you're a fan of urban legends, One Eye Grey, Jack the Ripper walks, gory London histories, oddities, nooks and crannies, the occult, paganism, Morris dancing, dragons, witchcraft and the like, you need to meet these people!

And their live Yule Cat.

Find them at the Old Kings Head, Borough High Street from 8pm. It's just £2.50 to get in (£1.50 concs) but if you've a "party turn" you're in for nowt. See information about the society and their forthcoming events here.
