Er. Piccadilly line commuters. We have something to tell you.

The RMT has announced strikes on the Piccadilly line from 12pm on Wednesday 7 November to 12pm on Thursday 8 November. It's thought the entire line will be affected, should the proposed strike go ahead.

In September, the Piccadilly line was brought to a halt on-and-off across a four-day period.

The RMT trade union is again citing a 'breakdown in industrial relations', saying:

We note that the talks at [conciliation service] ACAS have been fraught and the contempt for our members shown by the company and their internal imbalance and inability to address the issues of this dispute.
