There will be two days of strike action on the London Overground in March 2024.

More than 300 members of the RMT Union employed on the London Overground will strike over the following period:

  • 00.01 on Monday 4 March - 23.59 on Tuesday 5 March

Security, station, revenue and control staff are all involved in the strike action, which is being taken due to a pay dispute: Arriva Rail London, which operates the Overground, has offered staff what the RMT calls a "below inflation pay offer".

Initially, there was also due to be strike action on 19-20 February, but the RMT announced on 15 February that this will not go ahead.

The full extent of disruption this strike will cause isn't yet known — keep an eye on the TfL website closer to the time to see what the plan is.
