Good cause of the day
Crossness Engines, touted for very good reason as an industrial cathedral, is raising funds to preserve, repair and reopen its breathtaking Beam Engine House at Crossness Pumping Station. All donations can be made here, and will go towards the target of £458,000 needed to save a 19th century icon.
