BOOK SALE: The Courtauld Institute of Art sells of thousands of its books on art and architecture at bargain prices at its annual book sale. Prices start at £2, with money raised going to the Courtauld Fund. Books are organised by topic to help you find something of interest to you. GARDEN TOUR: Join an expert gardener for a tour of Chelsea Physic Garden, visiting areas that are usually off-limits to the public. CHILD MEDICAL TREATMENT: Cases where there is disagreement over whether a child should received medical treatment have been widely reported recently, from the parents of Aysha King who successfully secured proton beam therapy for their son, to the despair surrounding baby Charlie Gard. 21ST CENTURY MODS: The Fashion & Textile Museum stays open late for an evening themed on 21st century mods. QUESTION TIME CABARET: Politics meets cabaret in this glitter-drenched version of Question Time. Cabaret star Talia Randall hosts an entertaining show about the state of the nation, with appearances from an Extinction Rebellion representative, and Kemi Alemoru, of Gal Dem, an award-winning magazine run entirely by women and non-binary people of colour, as well as other guests. Good cause of the day
Environmental charity Friends of the Earth joins forces with Toast Ale for the launch of new climate friendly beer Flour Power Amber Ale, which is made from unsold organic bread that would otherwise go to waste.
