Westminster is overrun with corgis as part of the celebrations of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.

19 giant corgis have been installed across the area, each one decorated by a different artist.

The installation is known as The Queen & Her Corgis. It celebrates the world's most famous corgi breeder on the occasion of the 70th year in her day job.

The 19 canines are spread across central London, from Victoria to Aldwych, and you'll find a map of the dogs here. All should be in place by the Jubilee weekend and will remain on guard throughout June and July.

As is customary with these things, the corgis will be auctioned off in the autumn to raise money for a good cause. The whole thing's organised by London HQ, a group of business improvement districts.

This isn't the only corgi trail in town. In a more grassroots initiative, Camberwell Arts is organising a trail of cardboard corgis around that part of town.

Either trail makes for a fun family activity, avoiding the crowds of more mainstream Jubilee events.
