Looking for places to watch the FIFA World Cup 2026 in London?

The tournament takes place from Thursday 11 June-Sunday 19 July 2026 across the USA, Canada and Mexico — but of course plenty of venues here in London will be screening the matches.

The time difference means that many London venues will stay open late to show games. But for the group stages at least, England will play at relatively 'sensible' times, kicking off either at 9pm or 10pm UK time. If you're getting behind another team however (including Scotland), you may not be quite so lucky... Make sure you're stocked up with decent coffee for those groggy mornings after.

  • Tuesday 23 June, 9pm: England Vs Ghana (Boston Stadium)
  • Saturday 27 June, 10pm: Panama Vs England (New York/New Jersey Stadium)

Where to watch World Cup matches in London

Our round up of some of biggest venues showing the World Cup action. For more, check out our list of London's best football pubs and bars.

40ft Blackhorse Road (Walthamstow): You know a brewery means business when it whacks up a large LED screen outside, plus a 20ft projector screen indoors — and that's precisely what 40ft Blackhorse Road has gone and done. It's showing all possible fixtures within its licensing hours, and taking advantage of all extensions to these hours too. Lashings of footie, lashings of beer, then.

Belushi's bars (Camden, Greenwich, London Bridge and Shepherd's Bush): Four Belushi's bars are showing every World Cup match on HD screens/projectors, with the claim "there's not a bad seat in the house." That depends whether everyone else is standing.

Between the Bridges (South Bank): This riverside South Bank setup is erecting a massive screen to broadcast all England matches. Tickets for the group games are on sale — those for England Vs Croatia have already sold out, so make like Anthony Gordon up the wing, and be quick!

Big Penny Social (Walthamstow): The beer hall at north-east London venue Big Penny Social can cram in some 1,400 fans in front of three big screens, and has become something of a go-to for footie fans in this London manor. Big Penny Social also boasts that, with over 100 beer taps, you won't be waiting long for a pint. Entry is generally free, although tickets for England games will set you back £12.

T-shirt cannons, cheerleaders and pyrotechnics await at four Fanzone4D venues.

Boxparks (Camden, Croydon, Wembley, Shoreditch): Between them, London's Boxpark venues are showing all the World Cup games on relatively gigantic screens. While you can show up for 'smaller' clashes, screenings for England matches are ticketed, and things will get pretty lively/beery when England do a goal.

BOX Piccadilly (Piccadilly): This brash, big screen venue is showing all of the action from the tournament, although it appears that tickets for all of England's group matches have already been swiped. Be super fast nabbing your spot, should Thomas Tuchel's men progress!

Clapham Grand (Clapham Junction): Multi-purpose events venue Clapham Grand is screening every England match on a 25ft screen (plus multiple smaller ones) dotted around the former vaudeville theatre. If you've ever set foot in here before now, you'll know they like to go full-on party mode, with live DJs, singalongs, a photo booth, confetti and balloon drops. Tickets cost £10.

Fanzone4D (Brixton, Camden, City, Stratford): "All about bringing that American stadium experience to London" these four experiential fan parks — which hold at least 1,000 people each — promise stadium-style sound, the aroma of fresh-cut grass and popcorn, t-shirt cannons, cheerleaders and pyrotechnics (that really IS an American stadium...), bringing the magic of the cup to 4D life. It's free entry for group stage matches, though you'll need to register.

Five Points Taproom & Courtyard (London Fields): Showing World Cup matches throughout regular service — plus extended opening hours for England fixtures — this superlative east London brewery will be dotted with 10 screens, including a jumbo effort in the covered courtyard. Beer aside, you can also tuck into chef's-kiss-scrumptious dishes courtesy of From The Ashes BBQ.

German Kraft Brewery, Mercato Metropolitano (Elephant and Castle): It's free entry to watch all matches on the 20sqm screen at German Kraft Brewery, where the beer's excellent, and there are 50+ food stalls to choose from. What's more, the first 10 pints are free after every England or Germany goal... although we wouldn't fancy being in that bar scrum. As far as we can tell, you just show up for games (and arrive super early for England matches).

KERB Social Club (Shoreditch): "No missed goals, no bad views" is the guarantee from this Shoreditch sports bar (the missed goal thing might not apply should you nip to the toilet), which is showing every game of the World Cup. It's free entry apart from England matches, which cost £12 (inc. welcome drink).

Kick Off Club (Brixton, Hackney, Soho): Kick Off Club takes three venues across town — Outernet London, Electric Brixton and Colour Factory — turning them into large scale fanzones for England (and some Scotland) matches. They're also lobbing in acid house DJs, and lasers slicing through smoke — for full-on warehouse rave vibes. Good luck being able to hear anything afterwards.

Rae's (London Bridge): All England matches are being screened at this half-in, half-out venue, which was formerly Omeara — and is generally less busy than nearby Flat Iron Square (where all England's group matches have already sold out). A good one to have on your radar.

Paddy's Sportsbook at The Hippodrome Casino (Leicester Square): Looking not unlike the USS Enterprise with a gambling problem, this casino betting bar is used to staying up late, and will show every game of the tournament on 55 HD screens, including a 10-metre big boy. Just don't bet your house on a Kane hat-trick.

Sports London bars (all over London): Besprinkled across the capital, Sport London's enormous coterie of bars can cope with floods of punters — plus they don't stint on the screens — and are therefore a shoo-in for match days, particularly if you're after bar food, as well as drinks.

TOCA Social at The O2 (North Greenwich): Football-mad venue TOCA Social is screening every minute of the World Cup. One of the offerings is a private box with a screen just for your group. Otherwise, book yourself a table or standing spot in the main bar and lap up the atmosphere with fellow footie fans. There are also special games, challenges, DJs and more throughout the competition.
