Who Wrote Harry Potter's Hogwarts Letter? All Is Revealed This February

Imagine being the real-life person who wrote Harry Potter's Hogwarts acceptance letter. That person — or team of people — exists, and Warner Bros Studio Tours is giving you a chance to meet them.

Introducing the Art Department takes place over February half term, and is a chance to meet the artists, designers and illustrators who created the parts of the films that you've probably never even thought about. Daily Prophet newspapers and the packaging for Bertie Bott's Beans are just some of the aspects of the Wizarding World they've brought to life, helping to make the films the roaring success that they are.

See the technical drawings and early sketches for some of the props, with the original filmmakers on hand to explain them further. They'll even magic up wands in front of your eyes, as they reveal how thousands of them were made for the films. And, you can confirm with them whether your own Hogwarts letter really did just get lost in the post.

Introducing the Art Department runs for 11 days, and is part of the Studio Tour, which also includes a chance to visit Hogwarts' Great Hall, Gringotts Wizarding Bank and Diagon Alley.

Introducing the Art Department at Warner Bros Studio Tours, 14-24 February 2020. Included in usual entrance fee and ticket — all tickets must be bought in advance.
