Have a browse, then start planning your next route. And now for 10 top London viewpoints you can cycle to:

1. Parliament Hill
A classic for a reason. Cycle to Hampstead Heath, pedal a few hundred feet uphill and you'll be rewarded with a truly panoramic view of the capital. On a clear day, St Paul's Cathedral, The Shard and the Palace of Westminster are among the landmarks visible.
2. Primrose Hill
Depending where you're coming from, your cycle ride to Parliament Hill may take you within spitting distance of Primrose Hill — and with a Tenways e-bike, it's especially easy to hit up both in one day. Enjoy the London skyline over a picnic, or turn your gaze northwards upon the rugged beauty of Hampstead Heath.

3. Horsenden Hill
Fancy going a little further off the beaten track? Head to Horsenden Hill; the summit of this 100-hectare nature conservation area is the highest point in Ealing, and forms part of the site of an ancient hillfort. From here, you can spy west London landmarks like Wembley Stadium, as well as bucolic home counties views — extending to the Chilterns when the weather's playing ball.
4. Westminster Bridge
An under-the-radar spot this ain't, but Westminster Bridge is a must-cycle. You've got Big Ben to the north, the London Eye to the South, and the glittering River Thames either side of you. What's more, you're super close to several incredible green spaces, if you fancy pedalling onwards through St James's Park, Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. This route also takes you past the Queen Victoria Memorial, and a majestic view of Buckingham Palace.

5. King Henry's Mound
On the Petersham side of sprawling Richmond Park you'll find the public gardens of Pembroke Lodge. These boast a very special viewpoint indeed. King Henry's Mound is believed to have originally been a Bronze Age burial chamber. It was later used for scoping out targets for hunting and falconry, possibly by Henry VIII himself. These days, it's protected as a scheduled monument, offering a tree-framed view of St Paul's Cathedral.
6. Royal Observatory Greenwich
Time to head south of the river. Pedal to the top of Greenwich Park for a stunning view of the city, which encompasses a UNESCO World Heritage Site (Royal Maritime Greenwich), the River Thames, Canary Wharf, the City of London, and beyond.

7. Point Hill
Greenwich Park too crowded for you? Make a beeline for nearby Point Hill instead. This quieter spot also boasts some rather smart views of Canary Wharf, beyond which Tower Bridge, St Paul’s Cathedral and the Old Bailey are visible.
8. Telegraph Hill
Another south London gem is Telegraph Hill. Located in between Brockley and Nunhead, its highest point gazes over residential rooftops, and towards the the City. There are several pubs and cafes nearby, if you fancy locking up your bike and rewarding yourself with a drink.

9. Stave Hill
At the centre of Stave Hill Ecology Park in Rotherhithe you'll find an artificial mound that's used as a viewing platform (fun fact: it was built using recycled material from the old Surrey Docks). Here you'll enjoy views of Canary Wharf — and the route there isn't half bad either. Hop onto the Thames Path, then cycle through the lush oasis that is Russia Dock Woodland to reach those tasty views.
10. IFS Cable Car
Let's round off with something a little bit different — the IFS Cable Car! Enjoy a cycle ride along Greenwich Peninsula (Tenways' CGO600 Pro is a great, lightweight choice for such urban excursions), then lock your bike up (there are over 400 cycle racks close to North Greenwich station) and enjoy a 20 minute round trip up in the air. As you drift above the Thames, you'll enjoy unique aerial views of the capital, including the Thames Barrier, Maritime Greenwich, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and The O2.
