A gelato festival is coming to London this summer. The super-chilled event brings 16 of the world's best gelato makers together, whipping up their frozen treats for visitors to enjoy.
Your ticket includes samples of flavours from all 16 producers — and a large dose of brain freeze, by the sound of it. Watch them being made in what is apparently the world's largest mobile gelato lab, and once you've tried them all, vote for your favourite. The awards ceremony takes place on the Sunday evening.
If your love for gelato goes deeper than that, various events and masterclasses take place throughout the weekend, including workshops from the prestigious Carpigiani Gelato University.
It's one of a series of gelato festivals taking place all over the world, including Miami, Berlin, Milan and Chicago.
Gelato Festival London takes place 29-30 June 2019 at Canopy Market King's Cross. Tickets are £15 (£10 for kids) and should be booked in advance.
