Frozen negronis from a vending machine, vegan avocado soft serve, and lashings of gelato are all up for grabs at Covent Garden's Frozen Festival.

Running from 24 August-3 September 2023 around the Covent Garden district, Frozen Festival offers dozens of delicious ways to cool yourself down (assuming it's actually sunny), including:

🍹 Frozen negronis, margaritas and old fashioneds from Asteroid City-inspired pop-up Kocktail

🍾 Frosé prosecco and ice-cream rolls from Pan-n-Ice

🍩 Handmade gelato from Chill Gelato and Wave Artisan Gelato

🥑 Avocado soft serve from Avobar

🥪 Ice cream sandwiches and fresh iced teas from Mariage Freres

🍨 A new 'Plaisir Glacé' ice cream dessert from Ladurée, available in violet and blackcurrant, chocolate and caramel, and vanilla and pecan flavours

🍦 A special summer concoction from Soft Serve Society called 'Rocket Man', feat. whippy vanilla ice cream topped with a nostalgic rocket ice lolly, strawberry sauce and sprinkles

French tea pedlars Mariage Freres are getting in on the city act.

That's just the tip of the iceberg; take a wander around Covent Garden and see what other frozen treats you can find. And while you're at it, seek out the 15 life-sized sculptures of gorillas roaming the area.
