That's So Fetch! The Mean Girls High School Is Being Recreated In London

How many of you have ever felt personally victimised by Regina George?

If you've never heard of Regina George, this probably isn't the place for you, but if your thoughts have already turned to Gretchen Wieners and Karen Smith, there's good news — the fictitious North Shore High School is opening here in London.

There's a 30% chance that it's already raining at this recreation of the fictitious alma mater of the characters from 2004 film Mean Girls. Special screenings of the teen comedy take place at the themed Spring Fling events.

Regina's bedroom is part of the set-up, where visitors can sit and read the Burn Book, and a GIF photo booth offers a chance to have your prom photo taken.

What started as a film about the clique-y nature of teenage girls has become something of a cult classic, spawning a musical, which is expected to open in London soon.

No details have been released about the themed food and drink available on the night, but if no-ones bakes us a cake filled with rainbows and smiles, we'll be might disappointed.

Oh, and if you book tickets for the opening night, just remember — on Wednesdays, we wear pink.

Mean Girls: The Movie and More is at Seymour Leisure Centre, Marylebone from 12-26 June 2019. Tickets are £27.50 and need to be booked in advance. They missed a trick by not holding an event on October 3.
