The first batch of tickets for London's New Year's Eve fireworks will go on sale next Friday.

Since 2014, the festive spectacular of fireworks, music — and latterly, drone displays — has been a ticketed event. Playing out on the South Bank, and centred on the London Eye, 100,000 people will watch the 12-minute show. It's always a sell-out.

Tickets will be available from 12pm on Friday 23 October 2026, exclusively through Ticketmaster.

2026 tickets have been frozen at last year's prices, and will cost up to £55 per person. However, Londoners enjoy a generous discount, meaning they'll pay £20-£35, depending on the viewing area:

🎆 Blue: Victoria Embankment from Westminster Bridge to Golden Jubilee Footbridge (£35 Londoners/£55 others)
🎆 Pink: Waterloo Bridge (£35 Londoners/£55 others)
🎆 White: Westminster Bridge (£35 Londoners/£55 others)
🎆 Red: Victoria Embankment from Golden Jubilee Footbridge to Temple Avenue (£20 Londoners/£40 others)
🎆 Green: the area behind the London Eye (£20 Londoners/£40 others)
🎆 Orange (accessible viewing area): Albert Embankment, river side of St Thomas’s Hospital (£20 Londoners/£40 others)

Says the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan: "Nowhere in the world brings in the new year like London. Every year our unique display of fireworks, lighting and music shows off the very best of London, as around 100,000 Londoners and visitors line the banks of the River Thames and millions watch on around the world."

City Hall has warned that Ticketmaster is the only authorised vendor; in the last few years there's been an uptick in people buying fake tickets, resulting in them being turned away on the night.

A second, smaller batch of tickets will go on sale in November.
