Before the National Theatre gets its teeth into Threepenny Opera, the cool modern venue right by Finsbury Park tube steals a march with a rock-and-Dylan riffed version set during the 2012 Olympics where Macheath is a casual killer of the homeless and a scrawny guitarist.
