Friday Photos: Dragons In London
We have so many questions about this dragon swimming costume, spotted at Tooting Bec Lido. What is it made from? HOW is it actually breathing fire? Is he leaving a trail of red water behind him? Photo: Steve (2015)

This dragon, and others like it, mark the boundary to the City of London. This one sits at the southern side of London Bridge. In the background you can see the Walkie Talkie and Cheesegrater both still under construction. Photo: Tonybill (2013)

Yesterday was St George's Day (miss it? Plenty of events still going on this weekend), so we decided to make a bit of a to-do about it by putting together some of London's finest firebreathers.

Thanks to the following photographers for use of their photos via the Londonist Flickr pool: Alain, Andrew Smith, Bill, Duncan Harris, Fred, grot spotter, Ian Flinders, Lee Jackson, McPeluz, Nick Peligno, Steve, Tonybill.
