  • A cyclist has been seriously injured after a 4am collision with a car on Tower Bridge.
  • Cycling group calls that idea for bike lanes in tunnels "ludicrous", and Transport for London says there aren't any useable tunnels anyway. So that's all helpful.
  • In similar never-going-to-happen news, Boris has been busy with the back of an envelope and come up with plans to bury various roads.
  • Crossrail could be about to uncover the bones of a former mayor and a Leveller rebel.
  • Various accoutrements from the Ivy restaurant are being auctioned off for charity.
  • The ever-fabulous Dulwich Raider visits the bars of south London galleries. (We've got a more geographically diverse list of arty bars if that's your bag.)
  • Dave Hill talks to Christian Wolmar, the outsider candidate for Mayor of London.
  • Squirrel curry. Uh huh. (Other things to do with squirrels are available.)
  • Hold on to your marmalade: Paddington 2 could be on the way.
