Secrets Of The Underground DVD: Have You Ordered Yours?

Geoff on the Metropolitan Line

Good news, tube fans. The Secrets of the Underground DVDs will finally arrive at Londonist Towers on Thursday.

If you've already placed an order we're dispatching them as soon as we can, prioritising our friends abroad but trying to make sure everyone gets it in time for Christmas. Apologies for the delay and many thanks for your patience!

If you haven't placed your order for this totally Tube-tastic DVD then please do so soon. We have only produced 1,000 so they are limited edition and once they're gone, they're gone.

The DVD includes the whole Secrets of the Underground series re-edited and polished up, bonus Docklands Light Railway video, PLUS a whole new, exclusive abandoned tube stations film (12 minutes long) — currently only available on this DVD — and 20 minutes of outtakes and extras for the super-fans.

It is region-free and can be played anywhere in the world.

Please note that we are no longer selling the DVDs through our website. If you're interested in getting a copy, you can find Secrets of the Underground DVD on sale both at London Transport Museum shop and Museum of London shop.

For any question, please email shop@londonist.com.

I ordered mine on 28 November. Any news on despatch?

A heads-up that although this is a region free DVD, it is in PAL format, not NTSC, and so won't play on many North American players.
Neither of my Blu-ray/DVD players will play this DVD.

jonathon

how many are there left

I got one for Christmas, it is A-MAZ-ING! I just wish it had the Overground on it. Maybe one day...
