Bob Mazzer's Underground: Tube Photos From The 1980s

"Every day I travelled to King's Cross and back. Coming home late at night, it was like a party and I felt like the tube was mine and I was there to take the pictures." So says Bob Mazzer who, in the 1980s, took dozens of photographs on the London underground. The photographs were published in book form, curated by The Gentle Author of Spitalfields Life. We picked out 12 of our favourite images from the set. Some are blurry, some are grainy, but all capture something remarkable.
