PARK FESTIVAL: MyRaynesPark Festival is a big party for SW20 residents and anyone else who wants to show up. This year's theme is The Pursuit of Happiness and all the events are themed around creativity and well being — most of them are free, some are ticketed. Expect music, art competitions, poetry, comedy and much more. Until 8 June

CREATIVITY FESTIVAL: Makegood Festival celebrates creativity, culture and entrepreneurship among young people. The festival takes place at the Old Selfridges Hotel and the programme includes a lot of inspirational talks and a marketplace. £8 daily, prebook, until 1 June

WIENER LIBRARY: Experts from the Pears Institute for the Study of Antisemitism lead a workshop at Wiener Library about contemporary reactions to antisemitic violence in Europe between 1815 and 1950. Free, prebook, 1.30pm

BRUNEL: Paddington Station celebrates its 160th birthday with some special Brunel-led tours and music from the Great Western Railway Paddington Station Band. Walks are free but you need to prebook by email to secure a slot. Free, prebook by email, 6pm-7pm-8pm

MUSEUM LATE: The Victoria & Albert Museum brings Korea to South Kensington on its repeated event Friday Late. Explore Korean contemporary art and design: enjoy soap pottery, bojagi sewing, poetry, experimental gastronomy and music. We reckon the event will be quite popular so make sure you get there early. Free, just turn up, from 6.30pm

CABARET: 1924 West End-based Cafe de Paris presents an evening of entertainment with London Cabaret Society. The venue offers a dining experience as well, which has sold out. However, the event repeats weekly on Friday and Saturday. £15, prebook, 7pm

GARDEN DESIGN: Garden designer Daniel Lobb discusses his latest horticultural installation currently on show at Siobhan Davies Studios. During the talk, he investigates methods for growing plants indoors, ecosystems and creative design approaches to sustainability. Free, prebook by email, 7pm

SCOTTISH DANCE: The Ceilidh Club aims to promote and make people aware of traditional Scottish dance. Ceilidh means gathering in Gaelic and that's what it is, an evening of dance and fun, taking place at Cecil Sharp House. £17+bf, prebook, 7pm

COMEDY: Enjoy an evening of stand-up comedy and dance with Kinetic Comedy, on stage at The Library in Islington. £10, prebook, 8pm

LIVE MUSIC: The Serbright Arms Pub in Bethnal Green has a night of live music. The line-up includes: Velvet Morning, Courtly Love and Brothel Sounds. £7, prebook, 8pm

SWING: The Swing Museum performs tonight at the Hackney Picturehouse. Everyone's welcome to dance during the night and, if you don't know the moves, you can always take a swing dance class before the evening begins (it costs £8/£6 plus the ticket price). £6, prebook, 8.30pm

SILENT DISCO: Wear headphones and get ready for a Hip Hop Silent Disco, taking place in the underground venue Concrete. There will be two different channels beamed direct to the headphones, which means two different tracks to be picked from at any point, and singing along is encouraged. £15/£10+bf, prebook, 9pm

Good Cause of the Day

Tonight, you can support the Tanzania Development Trust and contribute to its campaign to build a safe house for girls refusing female genital mutilation in Tanzania. There will be a fundraising concert at The Russet in Hackney with music, dance and Tanzanian food. £5, prebook, 8pm
