360-Degree Gigapixel Image Of London From Top Of BT Tower

Via The Register: BT and 360 Cities have released an astonishingly detailed, interactive panoramic image of London taken from the 29th floor of the BT Tower in Fitzrovia. Well, that's pretty much the rest of your morning taken care of.

Comprised of more than 48,000 individual frames, taken just after London 2012 concluded, the image allows the user to zoom in to an extraordinarily detailed level. Kudos to the first person to spot an unwitting amorous couple.

Three years ago, 360 Cities released what was at the time the largest ever 360 degree photograph, taken from the top of Centre Point. That one sported a mere 10,000 snaps; this new one marks another record.
