London TravelWatch To Meet At City Hall

London's independent transport watchdog, TravelWatch, will hold a public meeting at City Hall on Tuesday 29 January.

TravelWatch represent all London transport users, whether they travel by tube or bike and amongst other things, investigate complaints from customers who receive an unsatisfactory response from their transport provider. Followers of Londonist's mayoral election coverage may also remember that TravelWatch provided a useful summary of their role and transport in the capital.

Tuesday's meeting will feature a presentation on changes to TfL’s customer service from customer experience, marketing and communication managing director Vernon Everitt and director of customer experience Shashi Verma. TfL’s managing director of surface transport Leon Daniels will also give a presentation on streets, buses and cycling.

The meeting is open to all members of the public and will begin at 10am and end at approximately 12.20pm. See the agenda here.
