Right, well, that's London 2012 almost over. What shall we do with our great city next? The second in a series of quarterly salons addresses the capital's needs in quick-fire Pecha Kucha style (20 visuals, 20 seconds long).
The Ideas For London Salon, organised by Demos, takes place on Wednesday 12 September at UCL. Speakers include broadcaster Claudia Hammond on how to enjoy London with more time, and architect Arlene van Bosch talking about new developments in Deptford, Greenwich and Hayes. Others will talk about new sports and art initiatives.
Ideas for London Salon #2 takes place on 12 September, 6.30pm, at the Old Refectory, Wilkins Building, University College London, Gower St, London WC1E 6BT (ignore info saying it's at Google Campus — the venue has changed). Attendance is free, but should be pre-booked.
