Reminder: Apply For Paralympic Tickets by 6pm Today

You have until 6pm today to apply for tickets to the Paralympics Games.

For the first time in Paralympic history, sessions across several sports are oversubscribed already – including Track Cycling, Swimming, the final rounds of Wheelchair Rugby and Wheelchair Tennis. But as with Olympic tickets, they will be allocated on a ballot basis, so get your application in today and you stand as much chance as anyone else of getting in.

Confused about Paralympic sports? Try the Paralympic Ticket Generator and read up on Goalball and Boccia in our very own lowdown.

If you can't choose between sports, you can opt for a day pass to the Olympic Park, Excel or the Royal Artillery Barracks, Woolwich and see different events over one day. Day passes will only set you back £10 a person, or £5 a youngster.

Official Paralympic broadcaster, Channel 4, also has some recommendations for the best family friendly tickets to scout for. And with opening and closing ceremony tickets starting at just £20, you've nothing to lose with sticking a bid in.

Just do it before 6pm today and hope the London 2012 ticketing website doesn't fall over at the last minute again.
