Last Minute Listing: Laboratory Dance Project @ The Place

It’s Oldboy meets old skool for one night only as South Korean dance troupe Laboratory Dance Project take to the stage tonight at The Place.  Making its UK debut via Europe and North America, their high energy acrobatic dance works combine modern choreography with hip hop  and martial arts.  They will be putting on three works including No Comment where a testosterone fuelled group of seven suited male dancers stalk and prowl the stage” which sounds like a microcosm of current events with balletics instead of ballistics.  The cast and its artistic director Shin Chang-Ho will be sticking around for a Q&A after the show.

The show starts at 8pm at The Place, 17 Duke's Road, London, UK, WC1H 9PY (nearest tube: Euston). Tickets are £8 and available from the venue.
