The ballots are in, and it's not good news for commuters: 76% of RMT members have voted for industrial action. Sister union the TSSA will announce its own ballot results next week, and the two groups will then plan when to hold the strike. Want more good Tube news? There will be additional closures on the Jubilee line — an extra 14 weekends this year plus three days over Christmas, and even then it won't be finished. The line has now racked up 130 missed weekends since signalling work began, reckons Diamond Geezer. Even more reason to go and sign up for the bike hire scheme, really.
