Police Search For Body Under Patio

In an echo of the Brookside storyline that catapulted Anna Friel to semi-stardom (oh, and that lesbian kiss didn't hurt her chances either), police are currently digging up a Fulham garden after apparently being tipped off that a body is interred beneath the soil. Little is currently known about the investigation, but one unidentified neighbour said that she was under the impression that it was related to a matter that happened some time ago — "before I moved her 11 years ago", she added, lest anybody mistake her for Mandy Jordache. The Standard reports that the house is owned by a 58-year old man, currently in hospital for cancer treatment.
