dave.jpg High speed trains are the latest bone of contention between the mayor and the Tory party leader. After David Cameron slapped down Boris Johnson's plans for an estuary airport in favour of rail transport, the mayor has hit back by refusing to back the party's proposals. The interestingly strained relationship between the two never fails to cause comment, though according to Dave Hill's London Blog, Boris denies any difficulties and has even helpfully proffered of his budgetary expertise to his alleged rival.
