Fans of buildings inspired by superannuated communications devices will be pleased to learn that the 'walkie-talkie' tower on Fenchurch Street is back on. The 155m-tall 'scraper has been on hold since it received planning permission last May, as developer Land Securities waited for a healthy pinkish hue to colour the lifeless cheeks of the economy.
