Booze and facts. It's a winning combination. The good old British pub quiz is one of the most entertaining and cheap ways to spend an evening, so we thought it was high time we got round to giving them more exposure.
To kick things off, we asked our Twitter followers to nominate their favourite weekly pub quizzes. Thanks to everyone who participated. Below are the results, organised by day.
This is very much a beginning. We'll run these listings each week, but they're only as good as the suggestions behind them. So please leave a comment, or tweet #bestldnpubquiz, or email londonist - at - gmail.com if you'd like to bring our attention to your favourites, be they regular evenings or one-offs with special themes. Remember to give the day and time. Happy facting.
