Wave To Stop Climate Change

parliament_5Dec09.jpg Tens of thousands of people are expected in central London today, taking part in The Wave climate change protest ahead of the Copenhagen summit. If you want to register your feelings about the importance of making a difference on global warming, join the march at Grosvenor Square from 12pm. It sets off at 1pm (through Mayfair to Piccadilly, down Regent Street then on to Trafalgar Square and Whitehall) before encircling Parliament at 3pm to give it a big 'wave'. Dress code is blue (especially blue gloves!). And if standing about in the cold isn't your thing, the Guardian are live blogging it or you could go to the after party at the LSE Union from 4.30pm.
