Scratch Festival
Bursting out of the various studios spaces, attics, cupboards and cubby holes the BAC offers, Scratch Festival aims to investigate the future of theatre!

Providing a platform for artists trying out new work and wishing to gain immediate, direct feedback from their audiences, Scratch nights have become something of an institution at Battersea's theatrical hothouse previewing work from the likes of Stewart Lee and Nic Green, Punchdrunk and 1927 - supporting and informing much of the performance and live art action we consume today.

Highlights this year include Helen Cole's interactive archive of performance We See Fireworks, spoken word artist Polar Bear and multi-award winning, Edinburgh favourites Little Bulb bringing Crocosmia to London for the first time.

A £5 festival ticket will get you into the building each evening where you will be guided around an assortment of the works ....

Scratch Festival is at BAC Thurs-Sat only between 10th-26th, 7.30pm, £5. Crocosmia is £8 plays at 9pm during the festival. See www.bac.org.uk for more info.
