Almost £40 million worth of swag was half-inched in the 6 August New Bond Street robbery, police have revealed The demi-Ronaldo of goods were lifted from jewellery store Graff by a gang of armed robbers, who briefly took a shop assistant hostage and fired a warning shot into the Mayfair skies. The BBC are calling it the second-biggest raid in British history, beaten only by a Kentish depot robbery in 2006 that nabbed £53 million. Police have now released CCTV footage of the two main suspects and they don't really look the types to be wearing diamond flower necklaces.
