Barely four months into his 15-month stretch for falsely imprisoning a male escort at his London flat, Boy George (or George Alan O'Dowd to his parole officer) was released from jail yesterday, his sentence shorn after "good behaviour". The singer will wear an electronic tag for the remaining 11 months. Must've been some exemplary behaviour the Boy exhibited to have 75% of his sentence scubbed; perhaps his offer of a prison-yard performance of tracks from his oft-rumoured but never-released reggaeton album saw him ushered out the door.
