Plane "Lands Hard" At City Airport

Bloody hell. This hasn't been a good Friday 13th for air travel. 50 were killed as a plane went down in New York state and now a British Airways plane has had what's being described as a "hard landing" at City. The front undercarriage apparently failed on BA flight 8456 from Amsterdam as it touched down around 7.40pm this evening. All 67 passengers and four crew are safe, although two are reported to be in hospital. City Airport is currently closed; if you're due to fly to or from City you're advised to contact your airline.
