Egad, why do PR types feel the need to waste time and money on this freesheet worthy type of toss? As Annie Mole points out it would have been better spent helping disgruntled customers find the Customer Charter refund claims online for those times when the blame lies squarely with TFL for disrupted services, rather than blathering on about how people use transport travails as a (frankly, very believable) excuse for tardiness.
