Paul Kneeshaw - I live at Canvey Island in Essex.
How long have you been running for?
Around 2½ years.
Is this your first Marathon?
No, I have done the Great North Run twice, and last year's London Marathon.
What inspired you to enter the Marathon?
Running for The Prostate Cancer Charity - to raise money to fight the disease
that claimed my grandad's life.
Do you have a funny training story you'd like to share?
Only running in howling snow, looking like a snowman this winter, and catching up with a huge group of women ... that was cool!!
What time are you hoping for on Sunday?
Anything better than last year (4:34).
Do you have any post-Marathon celebrations planned?
Going to the Thistle Hotel with the other Prostate Cancer Runners, then a huge meal!!!
Will you be running again next year?
I am signed up for this year's Great North Run, will apply again next year for sure.
