Touch Up London #35

After last week's watery fun on Farringdon Road, GD Cobb thought we might like the aqueous patriotism in this image.

In Chicago they dye the Chicago River green for St. Patricks day. Maybe London could do something with the Thames.

Hmmm, but when? The Union Flag represents the UK, which has no patron saint or official day of celebration as far as we know. Perhaps we could save it for May 1, as an anachronistic celebration of 300 years since the Acts of Union.
