Spring does seem to be wheezing and clawing its way to the capital. After a pretty dismal start to the day, it finally turned out nice again, and Londonist got our first-nostril-full of BBQ during our afternoon stroll. And that stroll took us past Buck Pal, where we spotted this host of golden daffodils. In fact, the whole of Green Park has shifted to a longer-wavelength yellow as a vernal influorescence carpets the banks of the hidden Tyburn River. Ah, the joys of spring.
Londonist is going to be at a reduced level during the next few days, as we take some much-needed time off to enjoy the pleasures of London rather than slavishly blogging them. There may be the odd post, but we'll be back up to normal service on Tuesday. Have a nice long-weekend everybody!
