Pubs in Camden Town

We've yet to open this area to readers' votes. So, for the time being, we've picked a selection of local pubs that we think are among the best. There are others (like, say, the Hawley Arms where we've yet to take a camera) so get a vote in early by nominating your favourites in the comments below.

Got to be the Colonel Fawcett. Great place, tucked away from the High Street, lovely staff, amazing food and a great selection of gin. Nice garden for the summer months too.

Andrew Burgess

The Edinburgh Castle has to be a firm favourite, especially after an afternoon in Regents Park. Delicious food, nice selection of beers, and a nice big garden. Gets a tad busy in the summer, though.

Reyno

Colonel fawcett for both food and drink. Edinboro castle is fab in summer too

Jackie

The Colonel Fawcett is by far the best pub in Camden. Great food, fantastic bar, lovely staff, cute little garden and tucked away from the throngs of the high street enough that you get a chilled, local crowd.

Jill

The Albert closes this week, sold out to property developers

Alice

The Lock Tavern for the great garden & lazy service with great attitude ;)
