Special Menus, £5 Dishes And Foodie Fun At Carnaby Street Eat

This is a sponsored article on behalf of Carnaby London.

One of the West End's best foodie events returns this June, and there's so much gastronomic goodness to get excited about!

Carnaby Street Eat is a two-week extravaganza that makes what is already a top tier dining destination even more appetising. From 20 June to 3 July, the 14 streets of Carnaby will be bustling with activity — including foodie masterclasses, al fresco dining, and exclusive offers on a range of dishes.

Read on for a taste of what to expect...

Hungry Londoners — particularly those with a more adventurous palate — have long flocked to Carnaby for its exciting, eclectic range of eateries. With over 60 eating and drinking options and 30+ cuisines to choose from, this is the destination for feasting your way around the world.

Street Eat is all about celebrating the diversity of Carnaby's food scene. During Street Eat a selection of Carnaby's restaurants will serve up special dishes for just £5 a pop. Choose from the likes of Le Bab's scrummy sabich bab, Jinjuu's signature fried chicken, and Kolamba's extra succulent mutton rolls.

Prefer something sweet? Korean Dinner Party's Korean Mess ice cream special is also available for just a fiver.

The deals don't stop there. Modern European restaurant FLARE is giving away a free drink with every main, while The Ganton Arms is offering 20% off your lunch bill (read the full details on Street Eat offers and T&Cs).

With all these offers and more up for grabs, you've got the perfect excuse to sample more of Carnaby's culinary delights. And there is so much to discover, from big names like Polpo, Dishoom, and Zahter — to unique dining experiences in the three-floor foodie hub that is Kingly Court (try zero-waste chicken joint Marsha or the acclaimed Imad's Syrian Kitchen).

If all that deliciousness inspires you to broaden your own gastronomical skillset, you can get involved in a masterclass or two. We love the sound of this crash course in dumpling making by Newburgh Street's Ugly Dumpling (best hurry up and book that one — there are only 10 spaces available!)

And no worries if you'd rather take things easy. Over 1,500 al fresco seats are available throughout Carnaby, so there are plenty of opportunities to relax in the summer sun as you eat. To make things extra special, roaming musicians will provide a live soundtrack.

In between all that feasting, you might find time for a spot of shopping. Carnaby is home to over 100 independent and flagship stores, including Annie's Ibiza, RS No.9, The Great Frog, IKKS Paris and Ganni — to name but a few! You might even get the chance to pick up your own Carnaby tote bag.

Once you've shopped and snacked to your heart's content, why not finish your day in Carnaby with a drink and some live music. Options include the Ain't Nothin' But The Blues Bar, 1940s-themed speakeasy Cahoots, and the brand new Nightjar, which serves up incredible cocktails alongside late-night jazz.

Why not end your Street Eat adventure with a cocktail at Nightjar?
